Blind Pro Skater Dan Mancina Releasing His Own Adidas Busenitz

Dan Mancina has been on the Adidas team for a while now, and Dennis Busenitz’s run on the brand plus his unstoppable pro model shoe are the sponsorship goals of all time. These two got together for an incredible collab.

Acknowledging Mancina’s impact on the skating community, Adidas honors him with a personalized Busenitz colorway. The Olive suede base, enhanced breathability perforations, and striking White and Red Three Stripes make the Dan Mancina x Adidas Busenitz visually appealing. Gold Mancina branding on the side replaces the traditional Busenitz text, and a solid White rubber sole completes the design.

Pro skateboarder Dan Mancina was diagnosed with retinitis pigmentosa at thirteen years old, a rare disease that causes the retina to break down slowly over time. While he never fell fully out of love with skateboarding, his impairments steered him away from the sport before re-finding his passion in his twenties.
