Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
- Please make sure all merchandise is in new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition . Items must include all original tags still attached. Used merchandise is not eligble for return or exchange.
- Any merchandise that is returned and does not adhere to our Return & Exchange policy may be refused or subject to restocking fees.
- We reserve the right to exclude select limited or promotional items from the return/exchange policy. This will be specified on the product listing page.
- Customer is responsible for paying return shipping to Civil. COD’s will be refused.

Your return must be packed in its original packaging, including an outer shipping box.
Civil will issue a refund once we receive it back and confirm it meets the policy requirements.
If we do not receive your returned item, you will not receive a refund.
Credit card refunds typically take 2-4 business days to process. Paypal refunds typically process within 1 business day.

To begin and exchange , please submit a new order for the replacement item at wearecivil.com.
Pack and return the item you’d like to exchange. The item being returned must be packed in its original packaging, including an outer shipping box.
Civil will issue a refund once we receive it back and confirm it meets the policy requirements.
If we do not receive your returned item, you will not receive a refund.
If you’ve received the wrong item, suspect the item is defective, or have questions about the condition or your item, please reach out immediately.
