General Question

  • How do I enter Nike SB Raffles?
    For "High Heat" Nike SB raffles we use the Copdate App.  Download the Copdate App on your mobile device.  Create an account and follow Civil in the app. Follow us on Instagram and make sure to have post notifications turned on. We will post on Instagram when the Raffle Entry Link is live.  Then head to the blog post at Wearecivil.com and enter using the link provided. Entries for the raffles are ONLY made through the link provided and NOT through the Copdate app directly.  Entry times may vary. Your Copdate account information must match the info submitted through the link or it will not be a verified entry.  Entrants that are verified will receive an email that their entry was accepted typically within a couple hours after the raffle time has ended. ( This does not mean you won/selected, this means that you are successfully entered into the raffle) You will be notified by email directly from Copdate if you are selected at a later time. If selected, you need to secure your pair by confirming in the Copdate App.  If you do not confirm your pair by the deadline, your pair will be given to another entrant. Once Confirmed follow the instructions on our Blog for the Pick up time and Location to purchase your pair.  All pairs will be paid for in person at the store specified for local raffles.  For Nationwide raffles we use Paypal invoicing so make sure your Paypal address is the same as your Copdate email address.            
  • Can I order over the phone?
    Yes you can by calling (401) 886-5116.  We highly recommend ordering online for security and to assure the accuracy of your order.
  • Is the merchandise authentic?
    Yes, everything we carry is 100% authentic.  No fakes, no knock-offs, no counterfeits or b-goods.  We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry.  This means that all of our merchandise comes directly from our vendors and not from any third parties.
  • Is all the merchandise “in stock”?
    Yes.  All merchandise is on stock and ready to ship.  We do not take pre orders or take orders for merchandise that is backordered or yet to be delivered to us by the manufacturer.  If we have a mistake in our inventory and a product you request is not available, we will refund your payment immediately.
  • Are you guys legit?

  • How do I know my credit card information is safe?
    We utilize a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) for data encryption to protect the transmission of credit card information.  All transactions are processed through PayPal or the Authorize.net gateway, which is an industry leader in encryption technology and protocols. As always if you do not feel confident processing your credit card through our online store, feel free to call us and we can process your transaction over the phone - (401) 886-5116. All orders are subject to verification for your protection.  Credit card orders with mismatched bill to/ship to addresses and PayPal orders to unconfirmed shipping addresses may be subject to delays until verified.  Orders that cannot be verified will be cancelled and refunded.  Orders that appear fraudulent will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agency.

  • Can I pay with PayPal?
    Yes, we accept PayPal. During checkout select “PayPal” and you will be transferred to the PayPal website.

Shipping

  • Do you ship to APO addresses?
    Yes, we do ship to APO addresses.  All APO orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Civil does ship orders under $300 outside of the US.  We prefer to handle these orders via Paypal. Please note shipping costs do not include any clearance fees which include: destination country’s taxes, duties, and/or any brokerage fees. You may also be responsible for any additional fees at the time of delivery. If your package is not accepted (signed for) at the time of delivery, international orders will not be refunded for shipping costs or the refused merchandise.
