Vans Syndicate’s 10th anniversary celebration continues September 19 with the release of the
Seylynn “S” by designer Luke Meier. With his menswear label OAMC, Meier’s approach often
challenges the status quo, merging high-end fashion with streetwear function. Meier’s
transformation of an elegant dress shoe silhouette into a functional Vans skateboarding classic
with the Syndicate Seylynn “S” is no different.
Vans Syndicate presents the Luke Meier Seylynn “S” in a buttery all-white premium nubuck. The
Vans Syndicate x Luke Meier anniversary project launches worldwide in-store on
Saturday, September 19 exclusively at our East Greenwich store and online. Customers
may also select “local pick up” at online checkout to have shoes transferred to
our Providence or Westerly stores.
2015 marks the 10th anniversary of the Vans Syndicate collection, Vans Pro Skate’s celebration of
the diverse heritage of ideas, attitudes and influences that make up skateboarding’s unique
culture. Vans pays tribute to this milestone by returning to several original Syndicate collaborators
to represent a decade of iconoclastic style and heritage.
