Through this launch, we celebrate Vitória’s impact on skateboarding in Brazil and beyond, as well as strengthening the Superstar franchise’s connection to skateboarding. Vitoria has earned her spot on the global skate stage, while remaining close to niche communities and groups in skateboarding. 

While coming out of Brazil, Vitória has a presence in multiple pockets of the skateboarding world. As Element’s newest pro, she has earned her spot on the global skate stage, while remaining close to more niche communities and groups in skateboarding like Unity and Jenkem. With Vitória, we’re creating a shoe from a female point of veiw that is genderless and true to skateboarding everywhere. 

For her first colorway with Adidas Skateboarding, Vitória wanted to base the shoe around the universal textures of street skating. The cracked leather upper takes inspiration from asphalt and other rough surfaces from skate spots, while the reflective stripes, tongue logo, and Vitória sign off on the quarter nod to the glare of city lights and street signs while pushing around at night. The reflective detailing is also carried through on the mesh tongue, while a handwritten poem in Portuguese from Vitória is featured on the sockliner of the shoe.
